All found on the very same personal computer that you gave your child as a Christmas Gift, only a few months before. And displaying an AOL password that your child attributes to her mother. As you listen to the recording, please remember that I am the one who was labeled "an Angry Man" by the Family Law Court. How would you feel when you contacted AOL referencing this matter, and you were told by an AOL telephone representative whose stated name was “Jenny,” And was apperently authorized to give the following advise... "Sir; If you simply erase the data, then you would not have this problem!" Erase the data? Erase potentially vital criminal evidence, that could tie a child molester to the crime? Destroy important Criminal Evidence? Who are these idiots...? CA Penal Code 133, 134 & 135 review Spoliation? and review CA Evidence Code 1552 (A) Would you then Immediately contact the FBI? The Premier Law Enforcement Agency in the Nation, entrusted by the Government and it’s Citizens alike to protect our children from such sickness. What then would you do when the FBI told you that they could not help you because you are a Man? The very Law Enforcement Agency sworn to uphold our U.S. Constitution. The Law Enforcement Agency charged with Protecting the Individual Rights and Freedoms guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution; and defending those beliefs against all enemies both foreign and domestic. Vowing to fight against discrimination in any form, blatantly exercises discrimination. A sexual discrimination, solely against you on the illegal basis of your gender. Would you sell all of the personal belongings that you could in an effort to hire an Attorney, and bring this matter before a Court of Law? How would you feel when you were told by a Family Law Court Commissioner, that the roughly 23 pages of “Kiddie Pornography” you found on your child’s computer is of no concern to the Court. What troubled HIS Court more however; was that you seemed angry about this. And this allowed the Court to simply label you as an “Angry Man.” And then by using that simple premise, the Court was empowered to strip you of all legal and physical custody to your child… This has really happened, and this will happen again. Right now however; if you possess enough information to make a difference, then there is only one question that should truly matter… What would you do?
