When I saw the photos depicting this sickness on my daughter's computer I shouted the call of alarm. I sold a vast number of my personal items to have the matter adjudicated. And NO-ONE, and I mean no-one would come to my child’s aid. WHY? Because I, a FATHER of a little girl; was presenting this matter to the attention of Law Enforcement and/or the Family Law Court. But... Who am I? I am truly, nobody special. I am a FATHER first and foremost, and simply a Man second. I am a FATHER, who is wielding a Pen, and you can damn sure bet, I know how to use it! So why is this so shocking? to understand this, you need to ask just one question... What exactly is Pornography? For that answer, you must first understand the root of the word "pornography." Pornographos which means "writing about prostitutes." It is reportedly first mentioned in the mid 19th century and it is a combination of two words from the Greek language. To simplify ("prostitute" (porne¯) + (graphein) "write" = pornography). But we are stifled by another like-minded word... “Art.” And thus further hindered by its' abstract thoughts and idealisms such as “The Freedom of Expression through Art.” Though “Art” more often then not, is best defined as: “the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.” “Art” is no-longer “Art “ when it is offensive or repulsive to the individual viewer. And almost every person on this planet will tell you that pornography depicting children is not “Art.” It is sickening, it is perverted, it is immoral and in contrast, it is not even close to what is the accepted definition of “Art.” There are many Websites and Governmental Agencies / Entities that plea for your help in combating pornography in all forms, with particular emphasis on Child Pornography. Many, many promises are made, by these Agencies. And yet few... very few are ever kept. Why you wonder? Well after reading "The Non Judicial Parent" you can understand that some Government Agencies, ( I'm not really sure that I can Identify the Government Agency for you here, but the initials are F.B.I. ) And they appear to have their own individual preferences towards "Art." one particular Government Agency is even on record claiming pornography found on my daughter's computer is in-fact "Art." Well that little jewel of information should allow the ACLU to have every individual convicted of possessing child pornography set free and running our streets once more! After all it was to a large part; a conviction, a violation of Federal Law investigated and reported by the F.B.I. And they seem to have bent over backwards not to investigate this matter. And trust me when I say they have had individuals convicted for allot less...... Allowing for the assumption that the F.B.I. on the East Coast, is not the same as the F.B.I. on the West Coast, I sent copies of "The Non Judicial Parent" to every identified director of the F.B.I. located in Washington D.C. that was listed on their website. I have sent copies to Legislative, Executive, and Judicial officials as well. I have sent copies to the Media (National and Local) and I have given copies to close friends and family. To date I have dispersed 280 copies of "The Non Judicial Parent" at my own expense, and I have had only 8 returned. 97% of this manuscript, are now in the hands of someone who can ask the questions that were refused to me. 97% of the hands holding this manuscript can do something..., 97% of them could do anything… if they choose to. |
