					As with all known Internet chat-room formats and forums’ this one too; will be monitored and administered. The goal and ultimate agenda of this forum is not to spotlight a specific gender of parent. Our supposedly overtly family law court systems do enough of that. This forum is intended to HIGHLIGHT, SPOTLIGHT, and DRAW YOUR ATTENTION TOO, the actions of individuals who do not have a child’s best interest in mind. Rather individuals who commit crimes such as FRAUD, PERJURY, and CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE. Those employed in “OFFICIAL CAPASITIES” and or “GOVERNMENT OFFICERS” who knowingly and insistently sidestep FEDERAL, STATE and LOCAL PRIVACY laws to further their own agendas. What do I mean? Well here is a great example from a colleague named “Lucy.” Lucy has worked in a Human Resources Capacity for several years. She can be described as a capable and smart manager, and upper level executive. The following is an e-mail sent to me and reprinted with permission. “Hey Larry; I thought you might want to know about the exchange I had with a person who identified herself as "Carol Laudonio" of the Dept. of Child Support Services, from Loma Linda, California earlier today. She called at our office wanting to get Wage & Health Insurance information on an employee of ours. I advised her to go ahead and fax or mail her request to me with the consent release forms. She then asked why can't I give it to her over the phone. I advised her that I can't give that information over the phone since I have no way of confirming who she is or where she is calling from. But, if she faxes me over the "form" I will fill it out & return it to her right away. She then told me they don't have a form, and again asked for information over the phone. I then asked her what state is she calling from, thinking that maybe other states are more lax about the Federal Privacy Laws than they are here in California, and she stated “California.” I then told her that she should know better about asking anyone to violate the Federal Privacy Act. I give her my fax number and told her goodbye. Then 20 minutes later, I get a fax with the "official DCSS Form" requesting the information. Sadly the lack of disregard of the official rules is why there should be many more legal suits filed. Ever wonder just how many people give confidential information like this, over the phone with out an official written release or even a court order? Thought you might want to know!! Lucy” And you know damn good and well this person who identified herself as “Carol Laudonio” has more then likely conducted her business just like this several times before. How can you be sure?
